A little introduction to the faces behind Lane’s Dance Academy! 💃

Meet Victoria and Andy, the husband and wife team behind Lane’s!

From dancing around the world and performing on stage and screen to working with Strictly Come Dancing professionals, they’ve had some pretty amazing experiences along the way! ✨

Now, they're bringing all that experience and passion for dance to Denton, helping the next generation of dancers grow in confidence, make friendships and develop their skills.

At Lane’s, we believe dance should be for everyone, whether you're taking your very first steps or dreaming of a future on stage!

We're so excited to be part of your dance journey! ❤️

Progress isn't always obvious week to week... but look back over a couple of years and it's impossible to miss. 🥹

Every dancer starts exactly where yours is now — a little unsure, a little wobbly, figuring it out. What changes is what happens when they keep showing up.

If you've ever wondered whether it's 'worth it' to keep going when progress feels slow, this is your answer.

Spaces are filling for this term 👀

If you've been meaning to book a trial but keep telling yourself 'there's no rush' — this is your sign that the classes filling fastest are going first.

No long-term contract, no pressure, just one class to see if it's the right fit.

Book your trial through the link in our bio before your preferred day/time is gone.

If your child's ever begged to try a flip or a handstand after watching it online, you're not alone — and it's exactly why we teach Acro properly, not just let them 'have a go' unsupervised.

Every trick starts with proper technique, spotting, and strength work, built up slowly and safely, so the wobble before the win is part of the process, not a risk.

Watching a child nail something they've been working towards for weeks? That's the best bit of the job.

Curious if Acro's right for your dancer? Book a trial through the link in our bio.

This is what teaching actually looks like at Lane's — not posed, not performed for a camera, just a teacher genuinely invested in getting it right for one dancer at a time.

It's easy to worry your child might get lost in a big class. This is exactly why we don't let that happen.

This is the kind of attention every dancer deserves — see it for yourself with a trial.

Ever wondered how you actually know your dancer is improving, week to week? This term, we're finding out officially — a UKA examiner is coming to see just how far they've come.

It's not about pressure or getting it perfect, it's about giving them something real to work towards, and a genuine record of all that hard work paying off.

Because sometimes the best feeling isn't just knowing you've improved... it's having something to show for it.

Good luck to all our dancers taking part!

This weekend, we compete! 🏆

Costumes ironed, kit packed, nerves (and excitement) at an all-time high — this is the bit that happens before anyone sees a single routine.

Wherever the placings fall, this team has already won by showing up for each other every single week to get here.

Send the team some good luck in the comments!
