Manchester Y Club is the largest and friendliest health club in the city centre

Our facilities include a full gym, sports hall, studio classes, swimming pool, Fives courts ("like squash, only better"), sports clubs and much, much more. We really are the best in the city centre but don't take our word for it, come down to Castlefield and see for yourself!
