Naughty little finisher to the workout ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈπ₯΅
Try single arm static lunges with a dumbbell and work up to overhead walking weighted lunges ππΌπͺπΌ
All round movement, using all sorts of muscles; quads, hamstrings, core, shoulders π₯π₯π₯
Nice little burner for the end of your session π₯π₯π₯

Round 1: 15 reps of each exercise
Round 2: 12 reps
Round 3: 9 reps

20-30 seconds each exercise depending on your current fitness. Work on building the time up πHave a minutes rest after round 1 and go on to round 2.
Aim to complete both rounds 3-4 times.
Round 1:
1. Walk in mountain climbers
2. Static lunges
3. Kneeling press up
4. Walk out burpee (add a jump of you can)
Round 2:
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Plank (3 variations on this clip)
7. Squats
8. Walk in thrusters and snap jumps
