camera roll moments from may ✨from sister time in Cambridge, from rain and rainbows to heatwaves, to a lovely spa day, picnics, run training and finishing the month off with the ajbell 10k! 💪🏽🧚♀️ fitness wise, I’ve been at maintenance all month for my training block, still tracking everything and now it’s time for a small fat loss phase for my holiday in July 🫡 I’m on day 2! Let’s gooo 🏃🏻♀️

Gals she bloody did it 🧚♀️✨🥳 my first 10k race since 2019. As someone who used to be over 100lbs overweight, and struggled to run 3k in 2024 - this is for meee! 🏃🏻♀️🫶🏼 I actually enjoyed it too and smiled basically the whole way round (except for that final push haha!)

When Martha first reached out, she struggled massively with lack of motivation and accountability - she comfort ate and fell into bad habits - she also never gave anything long enough, just the challenges or the PTs who quit the industry - lasting a max of four months every time on her journey - never fully embedding new habits.
She’d even done a few of my 8 week programmes before, but decided she wanted to fully commit to 1:1 coaching and make something stick.
Her dream was to get back into good shape, post baby - who was just 4 month old when she started with me!
In 6 months, Martha has lost over 11kg, built a consistent gym routine, got a handle on her comfort eating & is well on her way towards achieving her dream result.
One thing we’ve worked on is that a transformation like this is a marathon not a sprint - it doesn’t take 2, 4 or 8 weeks - we need to build something lasting - that feels ‘doable’ long enough to get to her goal.
Martha is now enjoying a lovely holiday - and when she’s back we will enter her 2nd fat loss phase. All this on 1800 calories, 3 sessions a week that fit within her life - and consistency NOT perfection - with my full support along the way.

You do not have to have a fat loss goal for summer ☀️
You do not need to shrink yourself to deserve confidence, holidays, cute outfits or photos with your friends 💛
It is completely okay to love, respect and accept the body you’re in right now.
BUT…
It’s also okay if you do want to lose body fat this summer.
Wanting to feel fitter, stronger, healthier or more confident in yourself does not make you shallow 👏🏼
The key is doing it from a place of self care, not self hatred.
Small habits repeated consistently will always beat all or nothing extremes 💫
