JUNE MEMBER OF THE MONTH ….. 🥁

Jean has been super consistent with her nutriton leading to some excellent body composition changes over this year.  She also takes her training progression very seriously working hard on building on her strength every session meaning she recently achieved alot of PBs in Peak week!

Jean also inspires many people and we heard a member on their first session yesterday say “She’s so strong, she’s my inspiration”

Alan has got some amazing results!

These results are the product of over 2 years of showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process. No shortcuts, no quick fixes- just hard work, commitment and a focus on the basics done well.

Throughout this journey, Alan has navigated holidays, worked around injuries and dealt with all the challenges that life throws at us. Yet he kept turning up, putting in the effort and making his health and fitness a priority.

His transformation is proof that lasting results come from building sustainable habits and staying consistent over time.

We couldn’t be more prouder of what he’s achieved so far, and we’re excited to see him continue on his fitness journey.
