Chest Dips (Knees Tucked): One of the most underrated and humbling exercises 😅
The tucked-knee chest dip isn’t just a variation—it helps you stay balanced, maintain better body positioning, and keep the focus where you want it: your chest.
✅ Benefits:
- Increases lower chest activation with a slight forward lean.
- Builds strength in the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
- The tucked-knee position reduces swinging, giving you more control throughout each rep.
- Encourages a deeper range of motion for a greater stretch and muscle stimulus.
- Improves stability and body awareness, making every rep more effective.
Tip: Don’t just dip straight down. Lean your torso slightly forward, keep your elbows at roughly a 45° angle, and control the lowering phase. Quality reps will always outperform rushed ones.
Save this for your next upper-body session and let me know if chest dips are already part of your routine. 👇
