8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION🚨
Sometimes it doesn't need a complete overhaul to get the results you want

He is a Carb lover (bread to be specific)
In fact most of his diet was made up of bread
He also loved a Friday night takeaway with his wife
During our consultation He assumed that he would have to give up the bread and takeaways
But that's exactly what we didn't do
Couple tweaks to his diet adding more protein meant he could still enjoy his favourite carbs
And manipulating his calories throughout the week meant he could relax on Fridays and enjoy a takeaway
Stress free
8 weeks 11kg down and in a great position to continue making progress

8 week transformation🚨
Been a solid 8 weeks working with Gemma
When she came to me for help she was stuck in that familiar cycle
Overly Restrictive dieting>succumb to cravings>feel guilty>binge> repeat
Whilst also going to the gym with no idea what she should be doing
Which led to half assing generic workouts she found on the internet.
So the primary goal wasnt actually to lose as much weight as possible in those 8 weeks
It was to educate her on the basic principles of Nutrition and strength training
and to devise a sustainable plan that implements those principles into her busy work/social life
Which she responded really well to and managed to drop 14lbs
and massively improve her confidence and self esteem
But the best thing is now she has the blueprint to continue her journey on her own

🚨10 week transformation🚨
Massive 👏 to client Steve on his transformation
When he came to me he was at a real low. Over the last few years he had developed really bad eating habits and lost all motivation to exercise which In turn had a negative effect on his physical and mental well being.
So we came up with a plan that is based on SUSTAINABILITY
The plan wasn't based on what we can achieve in the 10 weeks working together, because tbh 10 weeks is not going to undo 5+years of bad choices. Instead it was based on educating him and giving him the knowledge and tools to continue his transformation and be able maintain for the rest of his life
❌No restrictive dieting (there wasn't any food or drink he wasn't allowed to eat)
❌ Didn't spend hours upon hours in the gym
❌ Didn't need to starve himself (Infact didn't score higher then a 2/5 for hunger on his weekly check ins)
✔Now has a better relationship with food
✔ Has developed healthy habits
✔Feels much more confident in himself and is in a better place mentally

Super proud of and the work she has put in recently!
Sophie suffers with PMDD (something which i knew veryy little about) which comes with a range of symptoms, including fluctations in weight, changes in mood and extreme fatigue. So it was important that we listened to her body, ignored the scales (her weight would jump up frequently) and just trust the process.
And thats just what we did, she still had a social life, she ate the foods she enjoys and she now actually enjoys training.
Most importantly she now is fully equipped to continue her journey and smash 2021💥👊

Awesome job by . As with all transformations consistency will determine the results you get, and that's exactly what she managed to do even during lock down👏
Best thing about it all? Her results are completely sustainable
We didnt starve her or tell her what she can or cant eat or drink
We didnt discourage her from going out and having a social life
We didnt spend everyday in the gym doing boring cardio
We just created a plan that fits around her lifestyle and provided suppport and accountability

Getting results both physically and mentally!
I genuinly love watching the change in a client during our journey together
Aside from seeing the changes in their physical appearance
Watching them grow more confident in themselves and mentally being in a better place is just as important to me
Especially considering the sh*tty year we have had!
