Physique update 🚀
Just over 6 weeks out till my photoshoot.
Weight has been fluctuating this week due to period and birthday events over the weekend which is completely normal.
Overall, I’m feeling the best I have ever felt.
This time round with cutting, I have a lot more energy.
Last time, I was training for the half marathon so my expenditure was naturally super high with all the running.
Cals were super low so I had no energy whatsoever.
This time round, I’m dropping body fat while eating a relatively high amount of food, strength training 5 times a week and hitting lots of cardio.
So I’m not complaining.
I am still making progress while enjoying my summer and making memories with friends and family.
Summer is always crazy for me so it’s good to have a balance with everything.
Excited to push even further for the next 6 weeks ❤️🔥🚀

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨
Welcome to a new feature on my page. Since qualifying over the summer as a Personal trainer, I have been waiting for moments like these.
My beautiful client has absolutely bossed it.
Lydia started with me 6 WEEKS ago. Already we have dropped 2kg and she’s feeling super confident in the gym. Weight Training 3/4 times a week, CONSISTENTLY. Daily steps, getting the cardio in and tracking cals. You get out what you put in.
Where Lydia lacked confidence in the gym and weight training, she now pushes herself, trains with the right intensity, pulls them faces in the gym and is all round confident in the weight section.
I am so proud of you girl. If this is 6 weeks, I can’t wait to keep working with you! 🤎

✨My current physique✨
So for the next eight weeks, I have decided to go on a cut. This meaning that I have put myself in a calorific deficit in order to drop body fat. Since moving to Manchester in the beginning of summer. I have been enjoying myself, eating what I want and not holding back. I haven’t tracked my food for a very long time, and I thought that this was the right time for me to do so.
I am mostly doing this for discipline reasons. I feel like I need to follow a routine now I finally feel settled in my new home and new job. The next eight weeks is about commitment and hard work. I am dedicated to the process and I am ready to put myself through this new challenge (what doesn’t challenge you won’t change you).
This is a personal goal of mine and I’m excited for this new opportunity, so not only prove to myself, but prove to my new clients that routine, commitment and hard work is what is going to get your results, as well as patience and consistency.
So I have decided to document this journey, I will be doing my best to Vlog daily on TikTok, but I will be posting stories etc to keep you all updated with this new challenge.
Here’s to the next 8 weeks 🤝
