THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT GETTING ME INTO GOOD HABITS AND HELPING ME GO INTO MY WEDDING FEELING STRONG AND CONFIDENT - Sara
Feeling confident in your own skin when walking down the aisle to marry the love of your life is something that is important isn’t it?
For many of us we are start this journey in the same way with a number in mind, just like Sara did. She wanted to: “lose 10kg before my wedding but specifically to lose weight around my belly, neck, arms and legs and to have more toned arms before the big day.”
She absolutely smashed her goal but as always, if I had waved a magic wand and she dropped 10kg instantly, it wouldn’t have brought the same transformation.
Her confidence, strength, and results came from showing up, pushing through the tough sessions, and getting comfortable being uncomfortable in the gym.
She took ownership of her nutrition, learned how to balance her nurition to look and feel her best.
All while planning a wedding, keeping up a social life, and thriving in a demanding career.
This is what real, sustainable change looks like. Not just a transformation for her big day but her next chapter.
Proud coach moment! It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Sara through her bridal journey and wow, the results truly speak for themselves. She pushed herself in the gym, built incredible habits and discipline, and took every piece of nutrition feedback on board, applying it with full commitment. Sara truly made the most of this experience, and as a coach, I couldn’t ask for more.
What a star!
Now, I’m so excited for the next phase as we build on this post-honeymoon. 🤍
P.S. She looked and felt absolutely incredible on her big day!

Stop comparing your chapter one to someone else’s chapter twenty 💭
Every chapter tells a story, different routines, different challenges, different focuses. These photos tell a story — but it’s not one of constant progress.
Life hasn’t always been a steady climb forward. There have been highs, lows, steps back, and times when things felt completely out of my control.
But one thing has remained true through every chapter:
The same core principles apply.
Training, Nutrition, Mental Health and Learning. I didn’t bounce from one quick fix to another. I’ve always come back to the basics — learning what works for me, adjusting when life changes, and sticking to habits that serve me long-term.
2017 Journey started mentally recovering from some of the most difficult years, enjoying life as a new mother.
2018 Found my spark again, focusing on my health, training and started my journey as a qualified trainer.
2019 Working two jobs, single parent and training at 5am. Overtrained with poor focus on nutrition.
2020 C0VID say no more.
2021 Found my spark again, developed my knowledge personally and professionally. First ever photoshoot!
2022 Finding balance with training and life, working on my relationship with food, working with a good coach after working with a poor quality coach.
2023 Health begins to take its toll, lots of symptoms and not enough answers.
2024 PCOS thriving, learning to manage my body and stress to make progress during the most challenging year yet.
2025 Claiming this year now as the year I thrive again.
Your journey is yours. You’re not behind. You’re exactly where you need to be right now.
And guess what? My journey isn’t “finished” — because there is no finish line. Your body will change through different phases of life, and that’s okay.
Growth doesn’t come from chasing perfection — it comes from staying committed to yourself through all the highs and lows.
So wherever you’re at right now — keep going.
One chapter at a time. 🤍

The reality is when you a preparing for your Wedding the world doesn’t stop to allow the extra time.
For a bride it can be the most MOTIVATING time of their life but also the most STRESSFUL. This was no different for Alex.
With big career opportunities that meant putting in the extra hours.
Social celebrations from her own hen do and others, meant balancing enjoyment with results.
Together we worked hard to bring balance to her lifestyle through training and nutrition.
Wedding, Work, Social life yet we achieved amazing physically, mentally and within her lifestyle. 🥂

Here’s a little more detail into mine… 🫣
Previously having been in the travel industry and over seas for years, becoming a Mum was not only a big change to my body but to every aspect of my life.
It was time for change. BIG change.
‘After becoming a mum, I felt lost in my own body and career’ - My body was different and felt more important than ever, I was working in travel still with a job just to pay the bills and as a single mum it was time to heal and rebuild myself…
‘I became obsessed with Crossfit. Overtraining and under recovering. So began studying personal training, nutrition and post natal’ - I got results, I fell in love with training and gained some direction but it went too far.
I couldn’t not train or would feel crazy amounts of guilt. I wasn’t focusing on what or the quality of what I was eating. It wasn’t bespoke for my needs and injury rate was high. It was an incredible start to my journey and I learnt so much and enjoyed so much but it left so many ‘gaps’ that I knew there was more to it for me…
‘Began at David Lloyd as soon as I qualified as a personal trainer’ - Like we do, you qualify and make a start. I was so honoured to have the opportunity to work with such a well known established brand but it just left me feeling completely unfulfilled. During this time I was a single mum, working two jobs (one in fitness and one in travel) and training every morning at 5am. I knew it wasn’t sustainable…
’Took a risk during covid and become self employed’
- Anyone who knows me, knows I like to do things the difficult way. COVID hit and I took that as an opportunity to quit both jobs and go self employed. Reaching out to Next Level personal training at the time, someone I admired and began my journey with Jas Mac Fitness…
But we’ll leave my ted talk here for now. If you’ve made it this far and would like to know more about my journey comment below 👇🏼
Or Want to learn more about my coaching and how I can support you on your OWN journey? Comment the word ‘JOURNEY’ and I’ll happily drop you a message 🙌🏼

Even as a Fitness Coach, I have struggles just like everyone else! ✨
I have those days when…
Feeling stuck at the laptop all day: Balancing work and movement can be tough, even as a fitness coach!
Motivation dips: There are days when even I don’t feel like training or following my plan.
Struggling with consistency: Just like anyone, life gets busy and isn’t always easy.
Balancing work and personal life: Managing my clients needs, business, family and my own health can feel overwhelming.
Body image pressures: Even as a coach, I sometimes feel insecure or dissatisfied with how I look.
Navigating cravings and nutrition: Trust me I have the biggest sweet tooth ever, learning to manage this has taken time.
Dealing with fatigue: Managing low energy days, both physically and mentally, is something I experience too.
Handling stress and burnout: It’s hard to practice what I preach when I’m feeling burned out and exhausted.
Self-doubt and comparison: I’m not immune to comparing myself to others, even when I know better.
Perfectionism: As a coach, the pressure to be perfect is real, but progress over perfection is key.
But here’s the thing—it’s normal to have these ups and downs! The key is learning the how and why behind these challenges so you can overcome them, again and again.
It’s about showing up for yourself, even when it feels hard, and understanding that perfection isn’t the goal—progress is.
I’ve spent years developing the tools and mindset to help me push through, and now it’s my mission to help YOU do the same. You don’t have to go through this alone!
If you’re ready to build sustainable habits that will carry you through the tough times.
Drop me a DM and let’s chat about how coaching can help you overcome your own struggles! 💬

I FEEL SO MUCH HAPPIER! SO GLAD I INVESTED IN MYSELF. I’M SO HAPPY WITH HOW MUCH I’VE ACHIEVED AND I’M SO GLAD I DIDN’T JUST ‘LET MYSELF’ GO - Jess
Super Mum 🤍
Jess first contacted me after having her first baby. Feeling overwhelmed and at a loss with where to start.
Already following a ‘mums, bums and tums plan’ and tracking everything on My Fitness Pal but this one size fits all approach wasn’t working for her!
Solo parenting majority of the week and without a support network locally.
Jess could have easily used the challenges with a baby, adapting to motherhood and little support to neglect herself and ‘let go’ but instead she rightly made herself a priority too!
Training had always felt like a chore for her. And although she had been a regular gym girl before becoming a Mum, this was now the time to really focus on her strength and learning how to train! As a result we have a Mum who loves the mental and physical benefits of strength training.
Nutrition was a large stress for Jess.
Having learnt only how to ‘track calories’, given meal plans to eat from previously and an all or nothing approach.
Resulting in a poor relationship with her food. Causing her ALOT unnecessary stress and overwhelm around meal planning and eating out in particular.
Together we simplified her food.
Focused on the quality of the food not just calories, making meals fill her and leave her satisfied.
Long term habits and better knowledge created, not just ‘staying on track’ inconsistently anymore.
During her maternity leave she wanted to be able to go out and enjoy meals/coffees with friends.
Which she did, whilst still making progress and not feeling stressed about eating ‘off plan!’
It has been such a pleasure to be part of Jess’s journey. She’s grown so much throughout the process.
And I LOVE the fact she has exposed her little boy to the gym environment from such a young age 🙌🏼
Transferring everything she has achieved so far and stepping back to work she continues to apply everything she has learnt and make progress!
Incredibly proud and inspired Coach 🫶🏼
These aren’t before and after images, but progress images as Jess continues on her journey 🙌🏼
