The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, developing and implementing coaching strategies, and motivating and inspiring players to reach their full potential. The coach will work closely with players to enhance their skills, develop their confidence & progress their overall football development.

🔴 Responsibilities:
● Lead & Deliver Team Training Session every evening.
● Lead & Deliver 121s, 221s, Groups & Position specific Masterclasses
● Run & deliver holiday camps
● Plan and conduct engaging and effective training sessions
● Develop personalized coaching plans for individual players
● Analyze players' performance and provide constructive feedback
● Support players in setting and achieving their goals
● Promote a positive and inclusive team environment

⚫️ Requirements:
● Previous coaching experience or working towards an FA or UEFA licensed badge.
● Strong knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and individual development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to motivate and inspire players
● Coaching certification is preferred but not required.

Over 5 sessions franek has been working on an ILP (individual learning plan) in his 'Elite Tailored Sessions' & has demonstrated how far he has come in a small period of time..

AFC Monton JFC are proud to announce a brand new partnership with Jordan Southworth and his team at VZN Coaching.

VZN Coaching will run our Junior Academy Sessions down at New Alder Park every Saturday morning 09:30-10:30am and we relaunch this Saturday 05th September 2025!

Jordan and his team have a fantastic track record of Developing Junior Football Players and we strongly believe in the project which makes for an exciting strategic partnership between us!

Both Boys & Girls Welcome from 3-6yrs old, first taster session is free of charge and all abilities welcome.

After the first taster session all players will be given the opportunity to move onto our monthly subscription where after 4 weeks they will be issued with a full AFC Monton Academy training kit and rain jacket.
