⚽️SUCCES STORY SUNDAY⚽️

The first person on our new segment is Luke Mann

One of the things that makes coaching so rewarding is seeing where players can go after working with you. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate the journey of a former VZN Coaching client who started out playing grassroots football, developed his game, worked hard, stayed committed and has continued to progress through the levels of the game.

From grassroots football with Irlam JFC ➡️ professional football with Rochdale AFC ➡️ then after a big injury luke had now workingvhis way back up within semi-professional football, playing for the likes of Prestwich Heys AFC & now back at his home town club of Irlam FC

Lukes journey is a fantastic reminder that development doesn’t happen overnight.
It takes:

⚽️ Hard work
💪 Dedication
🧠 The right mentality
🔥 Consistency
❤️ A genuine love for the game

As coaches, we might only be one part of a player's journey — but being able to play a small role in their development and then watch them go on to achieve their goals is something we’re extremely proud of.

Well done Luke!

Keep working. Keep believing. Keep developing. 👊

Your journey doesn’t have to follow a straight line. There are always new challenges, new opportunities and new levels to reach.
