One thing I’ve learned since coming out of prep, and no longer having ‘prep brain’, I really wasn’t so kind to myself. After my first show, I was so critical about everything with my physique, my tan, hair, skin, presentation of posing etc, that I didn’t even appreciate the fact I came 1st place at my first ever show? Like I didn’t feel worthy of such a huge accomplishment.
I’ve cried over the fact that I was so critical with how I looked and didn’t acknowledge the fact I worked so hard for 6 months being in prep, and the level of condition and muscularity achieved is something to be so proud of!
This is a learning lesson for me to not be so harsh on myself and be kinder to myself. Appreciate what has been earned and not allow those little things I was picking at define if I am worthy of such success. I earned this!
These are some of my favourite pictures the day after my first show doing a photoshoot with who captured some amazing moments with my beautiful medal I am honestly so proud of 🥰

RAVE SPIN 3 🔥
It’s been a week since me and .pt did our third Rave Spin together. We both agreed it was our best one.
This time we implemented a theme, introducing Boiler Room. From changing the entire layout of the cycle studio to a more ‘intimate’ structure, replicating as close to the Boiler Room theme as best as we could. To investing and decorating the room even more so than the last 2 we did.
Honestly the best thing we ever did, bringing a fun idea into reality. And a week before released Backbone, which honestly was one of the highlights to play and cycle to 🤌🏼
Thank you to everyone who attended and supported, showing so much love. And thank you to for taking the most incredible shots 👏🏼

Pictures with a few of my favourite girls I met last weekend 🫶🏼
Honestly so blessed with these beautiful women I have surrounded myself with who are on this journey with me competing for the first time or have competed in Wellness. I truly believe in being surrounded by people with the same passion as you and are genuinely supportive with you, without any jealousy or hate.
A lot of people don’t know but as someone who is competing for the first time in a category that requires a lot of emphasis on muscle development in the lower body, we often hold this view of ourselves that we’re not ‘big enough’ for the class and should fit in to another class.
One reason because we hear those negative (none constructive) opinions or comments being made, ‘oh she’s not Wellness, she should do Bikini or Figure’. Trust me I’ve heard worst comments than that but this won’t be something I’m going to share.
At the end of the day, bodybuilding is about building your physique constantly. As a first timer or amateur, we have the opportunity to train according to the category we feel most confident and have most passion for. Whether it takes 1-2 years off season to build that muscle, learning the posing style, nailing the nutrition aspect of it all before hitting that stage, we all deserve that moment and a chance to compete in the category we ourselves have the passion for and feel connected to the most. Without the passion, you won’t be able to give it your all.
If it wasn’t for Wellness as a category coming into the bodybuilding world, I certainly wouldn’t be in this position to be competing. So when I say I have passion for this category, I put my entire heart and soul into it because it’s everything I connect with the most ❤️

It’s crazy looking at this picture and thinking, “that’s me?!”.
Growing up I was never that girl who would happily be on front of other people as I was always that really shy person in the corner and be behind the scenes watching everyone else do their thing. I’d always hate getting my pictures taken because it was an opportunity for me to pick at everything I hated about myself.
On my bodybuilding journey, learning to pose, coming out of my comfort zone getting those shiny 5” heels on has really helped me become the person I am today.
I’m just a regular girl who has learned to accept who I am. I’m always willing to grow and stopped putting limitations for myself, and say yes to when opportunities come my way!
Thank you again to for capturing this moment on the amazing Team Day
