Might be late to the party… but atleast I arrived 👊🏻

Game changer. Trust me I’m a professional

Need I say more? 💪

Oof might come after me for this one.

USE WHEN APPROPRIATE NOT AS FIRST PROTOCOL

You’re probably injured because you’re weak. Save some cash. Strength train

Just run.
Stop trying to run ‘perfect’
Again probably injured because you’re not strong enough…. Not Because you run like a duck 🦆

No rehab = no return.
You can cheat it. Just do it.
You can start straight away

Rome wasn’t build in a day. Adaptations take time.
(I still can’t bench 100kg)

High functioning = high risk

Have realistic expectations, you’re probably going to have pain at some point

Most of you don’t fail rehab because you’re lazy.

You fail because you’ve never been given a clear system to follow.

When I work with you, I don’t just give you exercises and hope for the best. From day one, I take you through a clear roadmap:

✅ Injury Phase
✅ Performance Phase
✅ Return to Play Phase

Each stage has a purpose. Each progression is earned—not guessed.

When you understand why you’re doing something and where it fits in the bigger picture, it becomes much easier to stay consistent. And consistency is what actually drives your recovery.

My job isn’t just to prescribe exercises. It’s to give you a roadmap so you know exactly where you are, where you’re going, and how we get you there. 📈

If you want help figuring out where you are in your rehab right now, DM me “REHAB”. 🚨

HERE ARE MY RESULTS FROM MY PRE-HALF MARATHON TESTING — ROUND 1 🧪🏃‍♂️

Time to get some actual data behind my training.

📊 Max strength
⚖️ Left vs right asymmetry
🦵 Hip, knee & ankle strength
📈 Strength relative to normative data

Overall, some really strong results — but also a couple of areas that need work.

Now the training starts…

Test → Train → Retest → Improve.

Let’s see what Round 2 looks like 👀

Quads definitely need work! 😬

Hip is pretty good over all 👍

Surprisingly I have super strong ankles 💪

ISO Strength not so bad- let’s see how I can apply that on the force plates next

Round 1 testing completed ✅

As I start my half marathon training block, I’m using testing to establish a clear baseline before the mileage and intensity ramp up.

Focus: Hand-held dynamometer (HHD) max isometric strength testing.

Looking at:
• Overall strength
• Left-to-right asymmetries
• Ability to produce and hold maximal force

Baseline established. Now the training begins. 🏃‍♂️📊

This year, I’ve treated 100+ runners.

Do you know the biggest difference between the ones who hit a PB… and the ones who didn’t?

On average, the runners who achieved a PB came to see me 4 weeks earlier.

Now, there are lots of factors that influence race-day performance, but one stood out.

The runners who hit their PBs were proactive.

They didn’t wait for the ni**le to become an injury. They didn’t wait until race day was just around the corner.

Most came to see me 8–10 weeks before their race.

The runners who missed out? They usually came 5–6 weeks out, after the issue had already started affecting their training.

If you want the best chance of running your best race, don’t wait until you’re forced to deal with an injury.

The earlier you address a problem, the more time you have to stay consistent with training—and that’s what gives you the best chance of a PB.

The results are the highlight… but they aren’t the story.

This is how we got there.

✅ A quality assessment to understand the root cause—not just the symptoms.

✅ A clear, individualised action plan with goals that actually mattered to the athlete.

✅ Consistent ex*****on. Turning up. Doing the work. Adjusting when needed. Trusting the process.

There were no magic treatments. No secret exercises. Just the right plan, delivered at the right time, backed up with hard work and consistency.

Whether it was running a marathon pain-free, returning to competition, setting a PB, or completing a first triathlon, every result you see here was built over weeks and months—not days.

I’m incredibly proud of every person in this post. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey and for putting in the work when it mattered most.

🚨 If pain is stopping you from training, racing or performing at your best, let’s change that.

📩 Send me a message and let’s start with a quality assessment, build your action plan, and get you back doing what you love.

🚨Most injuries don’t need more rest.

They need a plan.

Stop chasing quick fixes.
Stop guessing.
Start building capacity.

That’s how you get back to sport—and stay there.

📩 DM me “RECOVER” if you’re ready to stop guessing and start progressing.

🏃‍♂️ Most runners don’t need guesswork.
They need clarity.

A plan they understand.
A strategy that makes sense.
Guidance they can trust.
And support throughout the process.

These reviews all say the same thing in different ways:

➡️ Less confusion
➡️ More confidence
➡️ Better training
➡️ Real results

From first marathons…
to running pain-free…
to getting back training with confidence again.

That’s always the goal. 👊

If an injury is stopping your training or holding you back from your next race,
drop me a message and let’s get you moving in the right directions
