We rounded off an outstanding 2025 season in style on Tuesday night with our Christmas Turkey Legs Inline Hockey Tournament.

After a full evening of fast-paced, competitive hockey, Slush Puppies finished top of the standings to be crowned tournament winners, with Jesters runners-up and Zombies in third place.

A huge thank you to all teams, referees, and spectators for making it a brilliant night and a great way to close out 2025.

Congratulations to Oscar Lee of the Raptors, voted Player of the Tournament by all officials.

Happy New Year to everyone — and no doubt Team Slushies will be back to defend the title in December 2026 🏒🎄

Final to be decided on highest points between teams.
Depending on time either Penalty shootout or a game will decide the overall winner 🏆

Well, what can we say now that a week has passed since the UKIHF Vets Select took part in the Stilmat Tenerife cup.

For one these boys were put together at very short notice, having never played together and performed remarkably against teams with ex pros from Czech , Slovak and other European ice hockey leagues.

Secondly, they represented themselves well on and off rink; being true ambassadors for UKIHF in its inaugural international tournament.

We are very proud of your efforts and thank you all.
