i spoke with a man before who said “women are difficult to train” 🤔🤔🤔 are they difficult to train or are u too lazy to do ur research?🐸☕️ What most people don’t know is: different exercises and training techniques will work at different stages of the cycle. Tracking your cycle allows you to work WITH your cycle, not against it. It will make your life a lotttt easier.😮‍💨 I use “Flo” to track mine and find the app super helpful and useful- recommend!! x p.s. this is an extremely brief summary of how women’s hormones impact their training but it’s something EVERYONE should know.
