✨Well… that was a bit of alright… 🇨🇻🤩🙌🏻
I’m sorry to be THAT person on Instagram buttt what a week! 🏝💕
A fantastic break away from the usual routine which was well and truly needed. Time to relax, refresh and hit the reset button!
✨ Do I feel guilty for having a week off my usual tracking and training?
Absolutely not.
✨Did I enjoy the amazing food and drink that the trip had to offer?
Absolutely.
✨ Do I feel like all previous progress has been ruined?
Absolutely not.
✨Physically, do I feel as good as I felt before I left?
No I don’t 😂🤣 But a week of sun, cocktails and letting your hair down will do that to a girl! 🤪 which is why I’m ready and raring to get back to it 💪🏼✨
Anyone who is fortunate to have (or have had!) a break away this summer, please don’t beat yourself for making a change from your usual routine and actually having a break!! These are times to make memories, enjoy time your loved ones and make yourself a priority in a different way. 💕

As a personal trainer, I work to help people feel fit, happy in their own skin and improve their physical and mental health. ✨
Becoming fit and healthy can mean different things to different people. For some people it’s working to lose excess body fat for others it could be improving strength, building muscle, improving endurance or even just exercising to make their day to day lives easier and more comfortable.
However, to me, for everyone it’s about working to become a version of yourself that you’re proud of. Working to become the best you there is. (Yes I know 🧀😝 but it’s true!!)
I’m passionate about showing my clients their own health and well being should be a priority. Which has nothing to do with starving yourself, missing out on celebrations, hours and hours of doing an exercise you hate, or relying on a number on a scale to make you feel happy.
Fitness is all about improving your lifestyle, habits and routines to help you feel amazing from the inside out! 🤩

I have had several PTs over the years. I’ve worked one-on-one with them in gyms. I’ve had meal plans, I’ve tried shake/juice diets. I’ve suffered with eating disorders.
NEVER have I EVER had results like this! And in such a short period of time.
I have GENUINELY eaten more food per day in the past 4️⃣ weeks than I have in my adult life (eating disorders never leave you).
I’ve been using cleaner products - thank you Arbonne! (Shameless plug 🤣).
I trusted what told me because she is a powerhouse of a woman with the most beautiful heart and support for dayssssssssss!
I’m going to go live (on Facebook) later on to tell you all a little bit about what I did, how I found it and how Sarah and I worked together; (remotely might I add, I have NOT had ONE SINGLE SESSION in person).
So, with that said, here are my before and afters from 4️⃣ weeks holiday prep 💪🏻👙

✨ Do you fall into the F**k it Bucket at the weekend?…
So you’ve worked hard all week, you’ve held back from eating your favourite treats all week, and now it’s the weekend and the rules don’t apply. 😅
Does this sound familiar? 🤔
Do you find yourself “behaving” through out the week then find yourself convincing yourself calories don’t count at the weekend?
I’m here to tell you that unfortunately, they do still count. 🫣 But not all is lost!!
Now I’m not saying don’t enjoy your weekend, I’m more than sure you deserve to spend these days however you want to switch off, relax and have fun.
However, every action has a reaction. Will over indulging on food and alcohol get you a step further towards your fitness or fat loss goals? Probably not. Would the experience be worth it? Only you can answer that question.
It’s just about making the right choice for you in whatever situation comes your way.
✨Should you say no to a night out with friends this weekend? No!
✨Should you try to make the best choices to stick to your fitness goal? If that’s a priority for you, I’d say yes.
So try to not fall into the “F**k it!l Bucket this weekend. Keep yourself accountable. Understand you are in control of what you do and every action has a reaction.
BUT MAKE SURE TO HAVE FUN 🥳✨
