The Pyramid of stuff you should ACTUALLY care about 👨🏫
Because most of you are putting way too much effort …into the things that doesn’t matter all that much!
Focusing on exercise to lose fat or how many calories you “burned” in that HIIT workout are a HUGE waste of time 👀
…and can actually be enormously damaging to your mentality
Because there’s nothing worse then putting all your effort in…
And seeing NO results because you’re putting your effort into the wrong things!
So here’s a hopefully useful pyramid of importance for you to save and come back to whenever you’re going off the well trodden, beaten path ✅
And if you find yourself constantly swerving off the path & frustrated that you’re not getting the results you would like and are truly capable of…

Fitness coaches and influencers have a tendency to push meaningless and mostly arbitrary goals …
But the good news is you don’t need to buy in 🙂
No matter how motivated you feel, taking on too much initially (& usually unnecessarily) is setting you up to fail!
Instead, be patient
Assess where you are right now & make incremental changes towards where you want to be
And most importantly do so at your OWN pace
This way, you’re 1000x more likely to stick to it long term
And see the progress you want 🙂💪🏼📈
