Looks like the eBikes may be standing down for a while sadly.
Here's some tips for long term (1 month or longer) battery storage:
1. Try, if possible to store batteries with between 30-50% charge. 2 battery bar lights is ideal.
2. Do NOT store at full capacity. And definitely do NOT store the battery while connected to a charger.
3. Remove the battery from the bike.
4. Store in a dry place, ideally at normal room temperature.
5. For storing batteries for periods over 2 months it's a good idea to have the whole bike plugged into the Bosch diagnostic equipment when you reawaken things. Chances are, there will also be an update available too!
All Manchesterebikes customers can get free plugins for life, just bring it over.
