When you look at yourself in the mirror don’t just notice the light physical changes but how much knowledge you have gained how much stronger you got 🫶🏼
There is NO 1 magic exercise that you must do because otherwise you’ll just end up sticking to the cardio area convinced the gym is not for you
There’s so many variations that can fit your level and experience so don’t just copy and paste online whatever they tell@you you must do . Some exercises work fr some people but not for everyone
Comparing is normal and we all fell into that trap including myself and whilst there’s nothing wrong in wanting to improve your looks continuously striving for perfection and never feeling good enough is a vicious cycle that never ends so yes build muscle yes strive to be better and stronger but do not compare to never ending beauty standards that will never finish
Big sis advice: stop comparing your step 1 with someone’s step 10. Well done for showing up 🦋
