I want to give a huge SHOUTOUT to my client Janine, who is SMASHING her program like a BEAST π₯π₯π₯
Before joining the program, Janine struggled with:

Enjoying the weekends and losing fat at the same time π€©
Visible abs and lean legs can only be achieved with a calorie deficit and proper training plan

Not only did she lose 10kg π₯

π there were days when she had enough of the diet, or had no energy to exercise
π she has been struggling with snacking and the βall or nothingβ mentality
β¨BUT SHE DIDNβT GIVE UP β¨
And this was the KEY to her SUCCESS

She trained 3-4 times/ week

She was working towards performance related goals: she can now do pull ups and chin ups π€©π₯

She was very flexible with diet, eating foods she enjoy, making sure she is in a deficit by the end of each week

She was eating high protein meals everyday
All this within 15 weeks
