CLIENT SUCCESS πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

I want to give a huge SHOUTOUT to my client Janine, who is SMASHING her program like a BEAST πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Before joining the program, Janine struggled with:
β–ͺ️late night snacking
β–ͺ️lack of motivation and accountability
β–ͺ️having no structure with training

She was a gym goer but has hit a plateau, stopped progressing and her late night snacking was really in the way of her fat loss goal 😣

How she did it?

⭐️ She’s got a structured training plan that fits into her work schedule (shift work) πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

⭐️ 2 lower body and 2 upper body sessions in the gym weekly

⭐️ She is eating in a caloric deficit, having high protein content in each of her meals πŸ–

⭐️ She is eating foods that she enjoys and not saying β€˜no’ to family outings πŸ₯˜

⭐️ She has got a set steps target for each week πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

⭐️ We went down to the root cause of her late night snacking and have been working on her bedtime routine to avoid snacking and get quality sleep πŸ›Œ

Enjoying the weekends and losing fat at the same time 🀩

Visible abs and lean legs can only be achieved with a calorie deficit and proper training plan

All you need is:

βœ…a training plan that you can STICK to

βœ…and eating the RIGHT amount of nutrients that YOUR body needs

This is what we did with Viki too to achive this lean look πŸ”₯

She has been enjoying her weekends, socialising with some wine here and there πŸ·πŸ’ƒ

She made sure to complete her planned training sessions weekly while working long hours πŸ’Ό

She tracked everything she ate in MyFitnessPal to make sure she is not going over her set target by the end of the week πŸ₯ͺ

What you can’t see on the photo is that she’s got EXTREMELY STRONG in the process πŸ’ͺ🏻

Not only did she lose 10kg πŸ”₯

But she also sky rocketed her CONFIDENCE πŸš€

You can clearly see the GLOW on her β€˜after’ photo πŸ”₯

She bought 2 trendy bikinis that she ACTUALLY loves 😍

No more changing room frustration πŸ™…πŸ½β€β™€οΈ she is happy to shop new outfits πŸ›οΈ

What you can’t see on the photos is the hard work she put into this amazing transformation:

πŸ‘‰ She is a busy woman

πŸ‘‰ there were days when she had enough of the diet, or had no energy to exercise

πŸ‘‰ she has been struggling with snacking and the β€˜all or nothing’ mentality

✨BUT SHE DIDN’T GIVE UP ✨

And this was the KEY to her SUCCESS

βœ… She trained 3-4 times/ week

βœ… She was working towards performance related goals: she can now do pull ups and chin ups 🀩πŸ”₯

βœ… She was very flexible with diet, eating foods she enjoy, making sure she is in a deficit by the end of each week

βœ… She was eating high protein meals everyday

All this within 15 weeks

She is another great example that your dream body is really not that far away
