Having uninterrupted sleep for an adequate amount of time improves how you feel when you wake up!
So what do you need to do in the evening to make sure your ready for the morning?
Tips:
1. Eat 3/4 hours before sleep
2. No social media for the hour before bed!
3. Relax mind & process negative thoughts (Meditation, read, journal)

SNACKS 😮
Are they good for you?
Well it depends what point of view you take. From a nutrition perspective, of course not. They add fat, make you feel sluggish and offer no positive intake.
However, is the occasional snacking whilst spending time with friends & having fun good for you? I would say so!
It’s important to have balance. I had so much fun on this afternoon it had a ripple effect on my mood throughout the rest of the week. It made me happier, kinder & more productive. That to me is more important than watching my calories and having to burn off a few extra in the gym
There are many ways to enjoy yourself, it doesn’t have to be eating. Just make sure you have fun and enjoy life 😊

Resilience
It’s hard getting knocked down, it’s even harder to get back up and go again
But if you really want something the desire to keep going and face your fears will take over
Have you found your desire?
Feeling tired & low energy throughout the day?
Give your digestive system less work by having smaller meals more often!
Eating a big, carb dense meal causes the digestive system to take energy from the brain which is why we feel tired after a big meal 🤯
Try 4/5 meals a day instead of 3, you could also try and do some exercise after lunch/dinner (walk, swim, gym)
Have a go and comment how you feel underneath

I have become aware of how often I say sentences such as “I should be doing this” or “I won’t succeed if I don’t do this”
But really what annoys me is the fact I’m not ready to take that step

It’s highlighted how important it is to reflect even when you think you’ve got something nailed.
We can always improve, we just have to accept it might not be easy
