A Technique to help you if :
ππΌββοΈYour Heels come up off the floor if you squat
ππΌββοΈYou struggle with getting low on your squat
This technique will activate the quads more in the movement but will help with getting lower and poor dorsiflexion mobility while squatting.
If you have Poor Dorsiflexion, Dorsiflexion stretches and mobility will help too π
