Our U8 Aardwolves showed real grit and a whole lot of heart at today’s tournament hosted by UK Sports Coaching.

After a tough start in the group stages, the boys dug deep, battled hard, and pulled off a brilliant comeback to secure the win! 🏆

Celebrations included the “Sealion” 🦭 followed, thankfully, by a more traditional team ice cream 🍦

Our U16 Kestrels won their Divisional cup this season with a 2-1 win at Trafford FC in April.

The boys faced some tough opponents through the various rounds of the cup, but they worked hard and put the effort in and never gave up. We could not be more proud of them!

Wow—what a day!

The girls headed to the tournament at Egerton Football Club and only went and did it… the West Didsbury & Chorlton Juniors Honey Badgers are your U8 girls champions! 🏆

It wasn’t all plain sailing—there were some seriously tight matches, and as the day went on tiredness and the warm weather made it a challenge for the girls (because who wanted easy anyway?!).

But did that stop them? Not a chance. The girls absolutely smashed it from start to finish.

A brilliant team performance all round—full of determination, teamwork, and just the right amount of stubborn Honey Badger spirit!

What a way to kick off the tournament season! The big question now… have they got another one in them? You wouldn’t bet against them.
