WHY?: Because who doesn't want to throw down with mates, push your limits and have a laugh.

Murph is a CrossFit Hero workout that stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
Murph was introduced as a CrossFit Hero workout on Aug. 18, 2005, and has become a long-standing tradition observed by CrossFit and a broader global community of athletes. Thousands of CrossFit gyms program Murph each year on Memorial Day as a way to honor Lt. Murphy and all others who have served.
So members get booked on and if you are a non member and would like to join us, drop us a message.

Today the took over Fixus and SteeleWorks fitness to lead 3 awesome workouts, giving our members a taste of what to expect in their comp in August.
The vibes were high and our members worked their backsides off.
Can’t wait for the competition and thank you Arena Games for heading down 😁

The best gym! The coaches are amazing – so supportive and they take the time to teach you the proper technique. I've been going for over two years and have achieved so much more here than anywhere else.
The people are so friendly and encouraging. Don't be put off if you've never done CrossFit before! I was totally new to it but that doesn't matter at all.
