Olympic Weightlifting Workshop with Shaun Clegg and

Join British Champion, Commonwealth Games athlete Shaun Clegg (15+ years experience) for a focused session on Sn**ch & Clean & Jerk technique, bar path & positioning, common errors, mobility for lifting and building to heavy singles.
Includes personal technique feedback, key technical corrections and individual development points.
Suitable for complete beginners through to competitive lifters.
