MARATHON RUNNERS!!!
There's not much I can add to what's been said about these super humans over the past few days!
Each of them has put their heart and souls into training for something that less than 1% of people will ever be able to achieve, and all of them absolutely smashed it.
Marathons are tough, but these guys are tougher!
I'm so immensely proud of them all and I'm privileged to have shared their journeys with them over the past 6-12 months!
I'm sure there's more to come as well, which I'm excited to see!
Rest up you marathon running legends 🙌🏻♥️

Yesterday was a bit special, seeing people I've been working with smash out their first marathons!
So proud of each of them!

Months of hard work from these amazing people will see them all line up for their first marathon on Sunday!
I can't tell you how proud I am of each of them!
Marathon training is hard work, it's tiresome, it's difficult to fit around your life commitments, it's mentally and physically tough, but each of them have turned up week after week, session after session! 💪🏻
Along the way there have been high, lows, niggles, amazing runs, aborted runs, hiccups, headaches and best of all - PBs! Huge PBs! Distances, times and races!
It's been an absolute privilege working with each of them and I'm buzzing to see them all on Sunday morning before the and to see them cross that finish line and earn that medal 🏅
