Sometimes we spend so much time looking for validation outside of ourselves that we forget the most important voice.

Our own.

You don’t need to prove your worth.
You don’t need to shrink yourself to make others comfortable.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to choose yourself.
You are allowed to start again.
You are allowed to believe in the person you’re becoming.

So today, remind yourself:

I am strong.
I am powerful.
I am worthy.
I am enough.

Read it again.
And this time, let it sink in.

Save this for the days when you forget đź’Ş

F**k the patriarchy!

Let’s get strong, take up space, lift each other up, and kick down every damn barrier standing in our way.

For everyone fighting for equality, our strength is collective.
No one left behind. No shrinking ourselves. No apologies.

We’re here to challenge the system, change the rules, and build something better.

Who's ready to get their flame thrower out? 🔥🔥

Manchester Unity Taekwondo 🥋

Venue & class times announcement đź“Ł

The wait is over! I'm really excited to announce that Manchester Unity Taekwondo will be based at

The Proud Place LGBT+ Community Centre,
49-51 Sidney St, Manchester M1 7HB!

In collaboration with UK Taekwondo Dimensions & The Proud Trust - Launching January 2027.

Classes will run every Monday & Wednesday evening:

Children 5+ - 5-6pm
Adults 14+ - 6-7pm

Manchester Unity Taekwondo will be open to everyone, with a particular focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ people and allies.

Whether you're completely new to martial arts, looking to get fitter, wanting to develop practical self-defence skills, or simply looking for a supportive community to be part of... you're welcome here.

I'm really excited about what this club can become and the community we can build together.

I've had a lot of submissions already and spaces will be limited, so if you're interested, get your name on the waitlist and I'll be in touch with more details!
