Shoot 17 — and these women are living proof of what 6 months can change.

Days like today are always a reminder of why we do what we do.

Watching women step in front of the camera feeling confident, proud and genuinely happy with how far they’ve come is something that never gets old.

For some of these ladies, the last 6 months have brought more progress than years of trying to figure it all out on their own.

And it’s not just about how they look.

It’s how they carry themselves.
How they speak about themselves.
The confidence they’ve built.
The things they now believe they’re capable of.

That’s what Lifestyle Lean has always been about.

Giving women the right pathway, support and environment to make changes that actually become part of their life.

And seeing all of that come together at Shoot 17 today was pretty special. ❤️

So proud of every single woman who stepped in front of that camera.

Here’s to sharing more moments like these for our women at LL. ❤️

Skinny fat is when you look fine in clothes but soft the second they come off, no tone, no definition, despite everything you’re doing.

It usually comes down to the same handful of mistakes, and every one of them is fixable:

🏃‍♀️ Living on cardio that burns time but builds no shape
🍳 Under eating all day, then starving and undoing it by night
🥩 Protein sitting far too low to hold onto any muscle
🏋️‍♀️ Lifting the same weights forever so nothing ever changes
⚖️ Chasing the scale instead of tracking what actually matters

Fix these and you stop just getting smaller and finally start looking lean and toned.

If you want me to build you a custom plan that takes you from skinny fat to lean and toned around your schedule, DM or comment ‘LIFESTYLE’ for my 1 to 1 coaching 💛

⚠️ These results are not typical. Individual results will 100% vary based on factors including starting point, consistency, and effort.

Would you have ranked these the same?

Turns out fat loss doesn’t mean cutting out fast food completely. It’s all about making smarter choices when you’re on the move.

Pret takes the top spot, KFC and Greggs are solid options, while Pizza Hut and Five Guys are the ones to save for a treat.

Fat loss is about choices, not restriction.

If you can run a department but your own plan always ends up in the too hard pile, this is what coaching with LL actually looks like.

The women who get the best results with me aren’t doing more, they’re doing less of the wrong things:

🏃‍♀️ No forced runs to shift fat

🏋️‍♀️ 2 to 3 focused sessions, not 6 that wreck your week

🥡 Real options for when you’re out, not endless meal prep

🍽️ Meals the whole family eats, not a separate sad plate for you

It was never about grinding harder. It’s about a simple structure that fits the life you’ve already built.

“Maybe this is just how I’m supposed to be.”

That’s what Creative Director Paula told herself before losing 18kg.

She’d spent years stuck in the same cycle:

Cut her food.

Train hard.

Go all-in for 3 weeks.

Burn out.

Stop.

Restart.

And every time it happened, she became more convinced she was doing something wrong.

Paula wasn’t lazy.

She was a successful, busy professional trying to force fitness plans into a life already packed with work, family and responsibilities.

Her biggest hesitation?

Time.

She kept waiting for the “right time” to finally focus on herself.

When work was quieter.

When family life calmed down.

When there weren’t events, deadlines or something else demanding her attention.

But that time never came.

And after so many failed attempts, there was another thought holding her back:

“What if I fail again?”

So instead of asking Paula to eat even less or train even harder, we built an approach around her actual lifestyle.

Fast forward to today...

📉 18kg down

🔥 Out of the constant diet → burnout → restart cycle

💪 More confident in herself and her body

🧠 More focused at work

🍽️ Her husband has picked up the habits too

👨‍👩‍👧 They cook together as a family

📈 She’s even brought the structure she learned into her work

Now, instead of constantly thinking about her next diet, she’s curious about what else she can achieve.

And her advice to other busy professionals?

Stop waiting for the “right time.”

There will always be deadlines.

Work trips.

Family commitments.

Meals out.

Holidays.

Something else that feels more urgent than you.

You don’t need your life to become less busy to get in shape.

You need an approach that works even when it is.

If you’re successful in your career but your body feels like the one area you still haven’t cracked...

And you’re tired of telling yourself, “Maybe this is just how I am”...

DM “LIFESTYLE” and let’s show you what’s possible 🚀

The swaps that shift belly fat 👇

But first: comment “SWAPS” and I’ll send you my food swaps guide, the simple swaps that cut hundreds of calories without feeling like a diet.

No single food causes belly fat, that comes down to staying in a calorie deficit. But some foods make that deficit so much harder, because they pack in calories without keeping you full.

If you’re a director or a solicitor eating what feels healthy but the belly fat won’t shift, these are usually the culprits, and what I’d swap them for:

☕ The flavoured latte. A large one lands around 300 to 400 calories and does nothing to fill you. Swap for a skinny or black americano, 5 to 100 calories, same coffee without the damage.

🥣 Granola and “healthy” bars. A bowl is easily 400 calories and leaves you hungry within the hour. Swap for Greek yoghurt and berries, 150 to 200 calories, far more protein and actually filling.

🥤 Smoothies and juices. A bottle hits 250 to 350 calories and your body barely registers liquid calories. Swap for whole fruit, 60 to 100 calories, plus the fibre that fills you.

🥔 The meal deal crisps. A small bag is 150 to 200 calories gone in seconds. Swap for popcorn or veg and hummus, around 100 calories, far more food.

🥗 Creamy dressings. Two tablespoons can add 150 calories, sometimes more than the salad. Swap for balsamic or lemon, 10 to 30 calories.

🍷 A large wine most evenings. A 250ml glass is around 220 calories that adds up fast across a week. Swap for a smaller measure, around 100 calories, still enjoyed.

It was never about cutting these out. It’s about smarter swaps that keep you full and in a deficit without the restriction.

Want the full guide with every swap laid out for you? Comment “SWAPS” and I’ll send it straight over.

Two women, same weight, same food, and the same “1700 calories”.

One drops fat while the other stays stuck.

Hidden calories are the reason 99% of my ladies plateau. Once you know where they hide, the fat finally shifts.

Business owner Emma got in the best shape of her life on a 60-hour week, and my one-to-one coaching builds the exact same around yours 👇

She runs her own business, flat out 60-plus hours a week, skipping lunch between meetings and out for client dinners most weeks.

We didn’t pile more on top of that. We built a protein target into her regular meals, banked her calories across the week so socials still fit, and swapped endless classes for three short progressive sessions.

11kg down, and it stuck because it fit her life.

Comment FOODIE and I’ll send you my Simple Guide to Nutrition. 👇

If you eat “healthy” salads all day and you’re still ravenous by 3pm, it’s usually not willpower. It’s that lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber are mostly water and do almost nothing to keep you full.

Fibre is the thing that keeps you satiated, holds your energy steady and makes fat loss easier, and most women are barely scraping half of what they need.

Five that fit a busy week:
🥦 Broccoli = 5g per serving
🍠 Sweet potato = 4g per medium
🫘 Black beans = 8g per half tin
🫐 Blueberries = 4g per cup
🥣 Jumbo oats = 5g per 50g

Losing weight and losing fat are not the same.

If you’re getting smaller but still looking soft, you’re losing muscle along with it.

Fat loss is what gives you the shape you’re after. That comes from structured strength training and building every meal around protein.

Not from skipping lunch between calls and running on coffee until 3pm.

Comment “FORMULA” and I’ll send it over.
