Well it was a hot one 🥵 some serious hard work went on this evening and our new faces completed their first ever full ceili!
So proud of everyone’s progress and hard work! Keeping fit, laughing lots and having the best time! ☘️☘️☘️
*ADULT IRISH DANCE CLASS*
☘️It was lovely to welcome some new faces to our adult Irish dance class last Friday! We could not believe the speed of progress of those who have never done any Irish dancing before, incredible work! ☘️
Our regulars continued their progress with the slip jig. It was lovely to see everyone celebrate each others steps of progress, reach personal goals and cheer each other on when a glimmer of self doubt creeps in!

There is no better way to end a hectic week than to spend time learning new skills, building strength and developing new goals each week!
The ladies tonight worked super hard and supported each other throughout the class. Always cheering on each other’s little successes along the way!

Our Adult class is back tomorrow evening to kick start another year of moving more, having fun and building friendships!
