✨ Certificate complete ✨ Irish name spelling!
Four months of training with Mana Mei, alongside an international cohort.
My biggest takeaway wasn’t technique. It was the co-creative space that opens when you facilitate from presence.
Together we accessed something deeply meditative - a peaceful state I became reluctant to leave. As one of the assistant mentors said, this work is medicine! 💫
From the outside, somatic movement and embodied healing can sound like jargon. And can look serious and somber.
But when you step out of the mind and into the body into non-performative, self-expressive movement something creative, soulful + liberating emerges.
I’m excited to begin weaving this work into my embodiment classes very soon.
