Loving this journey, but it’s not a glory chase.

I’m interested in something else ~

What does it feel like to be fully alive?

Vital, vibrant, wild!

We can take that for granted.
But it’s something to treasure, eh.

So whatever energy I can bring to the mix I will.

Not chasing a career
just the feeling of being alive ✨

Who is the other woman?

Not the one he’s texting.
Not the one you’re comparing yourself to, or the one you think you’re supposed to become.

It’s the version that’s been neglected.

The one who wants to dance without trying to look good.
To feel sexy without needing anyone’s approval.
To laugh loudly.
To lose yourself in music.
To take up space.
To feel your body instead of analysing it.

She’s the woman underneath it all.
But she didn’t disappear.

She’s been waiting for you to turn the music up.

And here’s the thing…

this isn’t just about women.
It’s that wild, playful part of you.

The Other Woman isn’t someone we need to find.
She’s someone we come back to.
Maybe it’s time 🤍

The Other Woman credit 🙏

Thursday is when I start to feel it
~I’ve barely seen other people all week

I miss faces + being around people

Sometimes I don’t even need to talk to them, I just need to feel their energy

Working from home has its pros
But end-of-the-month-itis is keeping me there!

So here we are
Tunes again
& a kitchen disco

Creating a little bit of the party I’m missing. 🪩
