Some fantastic swimming from the team on day 5 saw another individual final, strong relay performances, and several swims just outside personal bests.

In the 200m Breaststroke, Tatiana qualified for the final in her first-ever Aquatics GB Next Gen Championships before swimming a new personal best to finish 10th overall, a fantastic achievement.

Joey and Gabby both swam well in the 200m Breaststroke, finishing just outside their personal bests, while Daniel was also just outside his best in the 100m Butterfly.

The boys produced a superb heat swim in the 14–16 4x100m Freestyle Relay to qualify for the evening final, where they raced brilliantly to finish 8th overall.

Another great day of racing with plenty of positives. Well done everyone! 💙

Day 4 saw plenty of strong performances and positive racing.

In the morning session, Corey made his national debut with a composed swim in the 400 freestyle, gaining valuable experience on the biggest stage. Daniel followed with another solid performance in the same event, while Henry finished just outside his personal best in the 100 backstroke.

The 50 breaststroke boys rounded off the morning well, with Will, Las and Billie all producing strong swims and racing confidently against some of the country’s best.

The day concluded with two relay teams taking to the pool. Both teams delivered solid performances, with standout individual splits and great teamwork throughout. It was another positive end to the day and a fantastic effort from everyone involved.

Some superb swimming from the team on day 3 saw 3 swimmers progress to finals plus a number of personal best times in both heats and finals.

In the 100 back, Ella in her first every British swim made the final of the 13/14y claiming 4th with a big PB. Autum followed in the final with a really good 6th place finish. Earlier in the heats Megan swam a big PB to finish 15th. Next up in the finals was Daniel who swam his second fastest time ever to finish 5th (3rd in 17y).

In the heats Mir swam a good PB dropping under the 54 barrier for the first time in the 100 free. Oli in his first ever British race was just outside his best but with plenty of positives to finish 12th. Daniel also swam the 100 free finishing 23rd.

Well done to everyone on day 2 of Aquatics GB summer nationals. This morning Autum stepped up on her PB in the 200 free swimming this event for the first time at British. Gracie made the final of the 200 free finishing 8th! The boys breaststroke saw Billie and Will in their first British events, Will with a small PB and Billie just outside. Henry finished with a solid 50 back with his main distances coming later in the week.

Day 1 starts off in style with a Gold for Reece in the 1500m. Reece who now swims at Sun Devil Swim & Dive in Arizona has been a member of Stockport since 2017 and races off the back of a very successful Dutch Nationals just 2 weeks ago.
