I had been a skinny guy who was bullied in school , and was never a choice for anyone. So I started working out from a very young age and kept this my life's main goal. Today I am fit , happy and blessed with a lovely wife and a son . My mission is to help everyone mentally , and physically , doesn't matter what could race or where you are from. I know how life can be hard , when someone is introverted and had a rough childhood.

Forward Kick Jump Rope Trick In 5 Easy Steps:
1. Left foot •wings back, right foot hops
2. Left foot swings forward, right foot hops again
3. Right foot swings back, left foot hops
4. Right foot swings forward, left foot hops again
5. Repeat and slowly increase speed
