FULL DAY OF EATING 😋 details below 👇
PIC 1: oats, protein powder, blueberries, raspberries, nutella
PIC 2: protein pudding, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
PIC 3: eggs, avocado, bagel thin
PIC 4: salmon, coconut rice, long stem broccoli, half avocado
PIC 5: solero ice cream
I am taking baby steps in adding salmon back into my diet. Meat wise I was mainly sticking with chicken and tuna as I don’t eat any other meats, but I am liking the small change of salmon. I am slowly pushing the boat out but small little changes will take time, without feeling overwhelmed.

I have recently been trying to put a little more focus on my nutrition, by trying different foods/ recipes as I am a bit of a picky eater. Some days I will still with the foods I enjoy which I know is boring but it’s what suits me☺️
