Your new job
Your new fitness venture
Your nee relationship
Why did you initially want to do it?
How did you get to the conclusion that’s where you wanted to invest your time?
I’m fairly confident for the majority it was not because it was a new year 🤷🏻♀️
Just because it’s January it does not mean anything or something had to change! Of course, it’s always a fresh start and for some, it is the push they need to commit to change and that’s absolutely ok 👌🏻
But if you’re swapping and changing what you want then maybe that isn’t what you actually want or you don’t know how to achieve it …
If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan but never change the goal 👸🏻

We spent the day being tourists in Manchester and it was lovely ❤️
All the steps combined with all the food. Making new memories and ending our year controlling what we can 💜
Go be cheesy, take the selfies and find your bit of happy! You do you hun 🙃
BE CONFIDENT 👸🏻
Know your limits, be in control but get out of your comfort zone 👊🏻
Take a deep breathe (does the how to breathe mouthing thing like I do with 90% of clients) and make s**t happen 💥
If you never try you will never know. No one lost by trying 🤷🏻♀️

This does not have to be a negative thing. You control what you can control but sometimes you have to adapt and that’s ok 🙋🏻♀️
Accept how things are, decide how you want things to be and then take control 👸🏻
Each day has 24 hours, don’t make one day dictate your whole week. Be sad, be lazy but don’t write yourself off. Ever 👊🏻

I know I’m not fat, I know I’ve got a lot going on so probs shouldn’t beat myself up, I know and honestly I do appreciate just how amazing our bodies are and they things they do for us BUT I will still wear oversized clothing and I am properly not feeling myself lately 🤷🏻♀️
