People tend to spend the same amount of time training back or legs as they do training their chest or shoulders then wonder why they don't respond the same.
Back and legs are huge muscle groups in comparison to chest, shoulders or arms so surely it makes sense to spend more time training them?
Personally I split back into two sessions, back width and back thickness and I do something similar with legs.
If you have particular muscle groups that are lagging then usually there is a simple explanation behind it

Instagram vs Reality
I keep seeing this picture popping up on social media but think it sends out an important message.
Don't beat yourself up after comparing yourself to people on social media. This is a competition to make you a better you. Comparing yourself to others on Instagram is the worst thing you can do.

What a transformation this is for Peter John Lowe!
He started dropping weight on his own but reached a sticking point so started with me in January. Since then he's dropped down to 16st 3lb and is still sticking to it through all this and has even made his own bench at home out of railway sleepers so he can keep training 💪 when Pete started dieting he was 21-22st so he's lost a total of approx 6st!
Well done mate. Time to start reverse dieting him out now to allow more calories so we can carry on with the progress 🙌

When people say you're obsessed with the gym...I never knew training 5-8 hours a week was obsessive behaviour 😕 I used to play that amount of football over a weekend when I was a kid but then it wasn't classed as obsessive it was classed as fun, yet when people watch 10-15 hours of TV a week it's classed as normal behaviour 🤔

Instagram vs Reality
Different angles give off a completely different look... stop beating yourself up and stop comparing yourself to Instagram photos when they have filters, photoshop and can choose the angle of the picture. Go and meet them in real life and see how you feel then ✌
Hopefully this will put some people's minds at ease.

These pictures were taken within a MINUTE of each other but paint a completely different picture.
I keep seeing these 'progress' pics when in reality they show no progress just pictures at different angles and lighting.
People tend to post these 'progress' pictures to show the dramatic transformation of themself or their clients 🙄 it's all just smoke and mirrors.
Don't be fooled by stuff like this. Just concentrate on your own progress and it will come 👌
