A lovely festive day on Friday 🎄as the immediate Past President invited the Manchester & District Ladies Golf Association committee to lunch at Ringway Golf Club 🥂

As usual, good company, good food and lots of interesting conversation 👌

The committee put a Christmas donation for their charity of choice in an envelope and the charity picked out of the 🎩 benefits from all the 💰

This year Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary at Edenfield will get a lovely £150 donation
🐾💕👍

What a fabulous turn out at our AGM held at Davyhulme GC this afternoon.

We held a minutes silence in honour of our much loved and much valued committee member Alison Hunt 💜
Sincerest thoughts and sympathies are sent to her family 🙏

Our President Jill Rose presented a £250 cheque from the Association to Cheshire County Captain for Junior Golf Coaching. A similar amount will also be sent to Lancashire Golf ⛳️

Prizes were presented to the winners of this years competitions - warm congratulations to all 🏆🎉

Sue Moult from Shaw Hill was welcomed as our new President 2026

The much awaited Bell Cup draw was made and the details will be emailed out to club delegates within the next week or so.
This promises to be a great competition again with 75 clubs entering.
