A full round‑up of our 2026 Swim England North West Regional Awards, and what a night it was.

Congratulations to all our category winners, our shortlisted nominees, and everyone who received a nomination this year. Our region is incredibly fortunate to have so many outstanding clubs, volunteers, officials, athletes, coaches, teachers and individuals who give so much to aquatics. Well done to you all.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening possible, we hope you enjoyed the celebrations as much as we did. Keep an eye out for details on how you can submit nominations for our 2027 event.

Good luck to all those now progressing to the Swim England National Awards ‘Long Lists’ for their respective categories. We wish you every success and hope to see some of you reach the national shortlists.

A huge thank you to Olympic medallists Anna Hopkin and Luke Greenbank for presenting the awards alongside our 2026 Regional President Bob Bolton.

Please share this information within your clubs to help encourage as many athletes as possible to take part in this exciting opportunity.

These sessions are designed to bring together athletes with physical and/or intellectual disabilities in one supportive environment, giving them the chance to train alongside others with similar experiences. Each session will offer tailored guidance and individual support, helping athletes develop confidence, skills, and enjoyment throughout their aquatic journey.
