Here’s how it works…..

✨Firstly I’ll need some key info to understand your goals,requirements, time & preferences. No two clients are the same so getting to know you as an individual is essential.

✨I’ll then build a bespoke plan for you that includes movement/exercise plans & nutrition advice & meal examples.

✨You decide how long you want to commit starting at one month.(optimum results after 3 months) There’s no contract or hidden costs.

✨I will be your personal coach, on hand to answer any concerns you have or just for moral support. A weekly check in will be scheduled to see how your getting on & to log your measurements/weight/photos etc.

✨The program is designed to EDUCATE, EMPOWER, KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE & ultimately get you the RESULTS you’re looking for.

What can I say…it’s been a pleasure! Made even more enjoyable doing it with the powerhouse that is ❤️ I think we did ourselves proud girl!!
We trained hard the last 5 weeks & the plan paid off.
Now onto the next 8 weeks Manchester here we come! 💪🏼

Some take homes from todays lectures🤓

🍲Good nutrition is the first step in female fitness!
💪🏼You CAN perform well in all phases of the menstrual cycle.
🍫chocolate is “scientifically” irreplaceable!
🏋🏼‍♀️Good programing is more important than “cycle training”
🧠 Perception & mentally how you feel can have more impact on performance than hormones.
📈Improve VO2 max, to improve metabolism…that means cardio👌🏼
🫀Cardiovasular Disease is the most common cause of death in women over then age of menopause.
🚴🏼‍♀️Fasted cardio isn’t advised. (Increases cortisol & decreses progesterone.) Eat to fuel the intensity of the work.

🥴The following things can significantly improve menopause symptoms when done in conjunction with each other:
(Along with a balanced diet)
💤Sleep
🏃🏼‍♀️Exercise
☀️Vitamin D supplementation
🍶prebiotics
🍗Protein feeding before bed.

Appreciate the skin you’re in!

The body is the most incredible instrument you’ll have! It can do things that you never thought possible.
The last 12 months have taught me:

♥️To enjoy the process not the outcome.
♣️To run my own race not someone else’s.
♦️To be truly happy you need to go beyond aesthetics.
♠️Stop striving for perfection!

It is a true privilege to be able to move everyday, to push when you need to, to fuel your body with what it needs & to learn to recover when you need to.

When you set the right tone you’ll be amazed how enjoyable it all becomes 💕

SORRY/NOT SORRY For the smug ‘New Years Day Run’ post….This is how I’ve started every New Year’s Day for years, it’s my little tradition now. Nothing too crazy just fresh air & movement!

On a serious note I owe a lot to running. It’s what got me into “fitness”
It gave me confidence physically & mentally, it gave me headspace when I needed it the most, it made me proud of ME again and what my body could do.
Starting running literally changed my life(dramatic I know!) my passion for training snowballed and the rest, they say is history.
Who’s running in 2023????
