2023 you’ve been great, I could share all the achievements and best moments but I’ve shared all these with you across the year.. my fitness journey & life 🫶🏻
So here’s some moments that I don’t show on instagram that are stuck in my camera roll because they have no relation with fitness🤠😂
1. Getting dizzy driving round the ramp up a multi story car park and driving straight into side of the wall
2. Creed smiling at me while I’m crying because he ate my mattress, cushions and pulled my curtains down
3. Binning off the diet at the start of the year and driving to get a magnum
4. Being 7 bottles of Prosecco deep and not even being able to stand for a photo
5. Throwing up in a hotel lobby after one too many
6. My resting bitch face
7. A gift I got left on my doorstep
8. Being wine drunk on a Thursday night
9. Falling asleep in the sun too long 👹
I’ve genuinely loved this year, many ups and downs as always but the up’s outweigh the bad for sure. Probably the most I’ve laughed in my life in one year - 2024 you need to be even better 🤍

Imagine how you’d feel when you finally reach your goal and you stuck by what you said you was going to do?
You have to imagine how you’re going to feel when you can finally look in the mirror and love what you see.
I say it all the time but it makes me so sad that people will genuinely go through life hating their body, holding back on the clothes they desire to wear because they feel the need to cover up. Why why why
Everyone has the capability to drop body fat - you just need to develop the drive and discipline and have some solid accountability to help you get there
This transformation from one of my girls is elite because..
My client has consistently got up at 4am to train, before going to a 12 hour shift. She’s never made excuses and has always done what she needed to do to succeed because her drive to achieve her goals was more significant than an extra bit of time in bed
From the get go of coaching my client I knew she’d succeed in the stone she had set out to lose because she showed this through her actions - we’re now at 2 stone down!
By no means has this been easy. But I can confidently say I feel SO proud knowing she now feels confident in herself. As a female myself I know how good it feels to feel confident and be able to wear what you like without worrying about your body. She’s going into 2024 a completely different person to who entered it and this is what coaching is all about for me 👏🏼
