🌿 10-Minute Morning sequence to Start Your Day

No time? No problem. This gentle 10-minute routine will wake up your body, calm your mind, and set the tone for your day ☀️

✨ 1 min each (unless noted):

🧘‍♀️ Easy Seated
Sit tall, close your eyes, breathe deeply.

🙌 Upward Salute
Inhale, sweep arms overhead, reach up.

🤲 Forward Fold
Exhale, fold forward, relax your head & neck.

🦵 Low Lunge (1 min each side)
Step back, drop the knee, lift your chest.

🐕 Downward Dog
Lift hips high, lengthen your spine.

💪 Plank
Strong core, straight line, steady breath.

🐍 Cobra
Lift your chest gently, open your heart.

🧎 Child’s Pose
Rest back, slow your breath.

🔄 Seated Twist (1 min each side)
Lengthen, then gently twist.

😌 Savasana
Lie down, relax completely.

💚 Move with your breath.
💚 Be gentle with yourself.
💚 Carry this calm into your day.
