Be the hardest working person in the gym 🔥
Always push yourself hard. Have the mindset that you will be the hardest working person in the gym, and act on it.
Go into the gym with that attitude and make things happen!

Just to make you all aware that I’ve changed my name on my fitness page on Facebook, as my other fitness account on Instagram has been hacked and my other personal one has been hacked to, but I won’t be having a fitness Instagram after this I’ll just be having a personal one due to all the heartache losing everything it’s caused so I’ll be more active on this

🔥 Why go to the gym if I’m not there to win over my former self? I’m not gonna compete in a bodybuilding contest, that’s not my goal. But I AM going to WIN over myself. I will improve, I will become a better version of myself and I will win. 🔥 Remember your goals.. Let’s GO 🔥💯🙌

What’s you’re goals to get stronger or to get better at fighting you’re mental health issues goals can be set like mine I use the gym to get rid of overload time and hyperactivity, as well as fighting my anger along side my anxiety use the gym to you’re beneficial benefits don’t just go to ring someone down, because I’ll be there to pick them up and tell them they are worth it

Reminding yourself daily of your goals will increase your likelihood of achieving them🔥
If you tell yourself you will be successful, you will start acting in a way that aligns with success.
The story you tell yourself impacts your actions.
If you are in your head all day telling yourself you are a failure and won’t ever get results then the likelihood is you won’t take the required action.
And it makes sense…
Why would you put in the effort if you don’t think you will get the reward?
If you’re telling yourself you can’t achieve something; why would you try?
Tell yourself you can and you’re much more likely to take the required action.
