Did you know biscuits have played a part in Antonelli’s history too? Alongside wafers and cones, the business once produced table biscuits - traditional biscuits served alongside desserts, ice cream and drinks.

🍨 We’re Hiring: Gelato Technical Manager 🍨
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Antonelli team in a unique technical role within the ice cream and gelato industry.
Based at our head office in Irlam, Manchester, this role combines hands-on technical work at the Antonelli Gelato Academy with travel across the UK & Ireland supporting customers and ice cream businesses.
Although highly advantageous, experience in ice cream production is not essential. We’re looking for an ambitious individual and a willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided, with the opportunity to become one of the industry’s leading technicians.
