The reception marked ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ and recognised achievements across the club:
๐ Lionsโ Centenary Cup victory over Salford

๐ Lionesses retaining the Challenge Shield
๐ Lionesses becoming League Leaders
๐ National Championship Grand Finalists
๐ Womenโs Nines Finalists
โฟ Continued progress and success of our Wheelchair team
๐ The growing impact of our Foundation across Swinton, Salford and Greater Manchester.
The Mayor spoke warmly about the clubโs impact across the community, recognising that Swinton Lions is about far more than what happens on the pitch. For 160 years, the club has been part of the fabric of the area, and that continues today through our teams, Foundation, volunteers, partners, supporters trust and supporters.
It was a fantastic afternoon bringing together players, coaches, volunteers, officials, partners, sponsors and supporters to celebrate not only trophies and results, but the people who make this club what it is.
