When you’re travelling, vegan options can be hit or miss…
so I kept things simple.
I packed protein bars and prepped my protein + creatine in advance so I always had something quick and easy. I mixed chocolate protein with the creatine to avoid stress about smuggling white powder 😱
That way I could enjoy the trip, stay on track, and still recover properly after a full day on the slopes 💪
If you’re travelling soon, don’t overcomplicate it — just have a simple plan in place.

Before you come after me in the comments 😱, I just want to confirm I was always advocate for a mostly whole foods plant based diet. It’s the best way to ensure you’re getting a healthy range of micronutrients, as well as protein, healthy fats and fibre ❤️
However, if like myself, you take your training seriously 💪🏼 and want to get the best results possible by following a high protein vegan diet, these high protein, slightly processed choices are really handy. You can still be very healthy while adding these occasional products to your meals.
Also if you have something which you’d consider a cheeky treat😋, it helps you stick to your plan and makes things more sustainable. It’s also going to help those who are considering a vegan diet from falling off the wagon, as they won’t have to worry about missing the texture and taste of meat too much 🥩

POV: You’re already having the best birthday trip ever… and then this happens 🐾🏂
We were snowboarding at Lake Louise, when we suddenly spotted wild Canadian lynx right on the slopes. Just casually strolling through like they owned the place.
I already thought this trip couldn’t get any better… and then we saw this.
Safe to say this moment was the icing on the birthday cake and something I’ll never forget.
Wild, unexpected, and pure magic. ✨

People think you need meat, tons of supplements or drugs and crazy workouts to build a good physique.
I used to believe that too.
When I first went vegan I actually got weaker and lost muscle… because I didn’t understand training or nutrition properly.
Once I learned how to:
• train consistently
• eat enough protein
• cook simple vegan meals
everything changed.
Now I help other vegans look, feel and move better without extreme diets or unrealistic plans.
