Session 1: 11:45 - 14:30
Session 2: 15:00 - 16:30 (Training games vs. Scottish U/18's)

📋 Squad & Selection Info
Squad Size: 18-20 players + 2-3 GKs per training cycle (12 players + 2 GKs for tournaments).
Can't make the trial? You can still be considered for selection based on competitive match observation, form, and experience.

1-2 Aug: Squad training (RCP & NSA) & Team selection
21-23 Aug: Tournament at Tollcross, Glasgow
11-13 Sep: Squad training & Team selection

For all swimmers competing at the Wigan Summer Sizzler gala on Sunday 31st May @ Wigan Life Centre , report to the Coach & Team Manager on poolside for your warmup.

Please make sure you have spare swimwear, cap, goggles, towels & footwear for poolside.

Also make sure you have plenty of fluids; snacks & food for the day.

Fantastic swimming tonight in the friendly gala against Hindley SC

It was really good to see the younger swimmers from both clubs taking part in their first ever gala.

The atmosphere was electric with lots of clapping & shouting by the spectators.
