20kg of fat gone for via Online Coaching.
Another client who’s achieved huge fat loss WITHOUT tracking a single calorie.
I speak to Josh more than I speak to any other client, this regular communication has allowed our relationship to develop to where we can always stay ahead of the game, prevent plateaus, know when to push hard and when to pull back.
We’re both very honest with each other and I feel this direct communication has been pivotal to achieving this result, there’s no hiding.

Always a pleasure to help and coach a close friend.
20kg of fat loss in 8 months for with Online Coaching.
As we get older it’s easy for bad habits to creep in and take your health for granted.
Then one day you look in the mirror and don’t recognise yourself.
Josh will be the first to admit he could be more consistent with his exercise, this result was mainly down to consistent nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
I wish we would have taken bloods at the start as that would of really given us a story of the health improvements!

Building quality muscle tissue takes time.
First you have to master the basics of training, competent ex*****on along side progressive overload and ruthless consistency.
The optimal way to build muscle is to get lean first, then slowly increase your calories over time.
Rinse and repeat over and over, get lean, take your body weight up 20-30lbs then strip it off to see your new gains.
Sounds simple but it’s highly effective. Spending months in an adequate calorie surplus to give your muscles the best chance to grow.
That’s exactly what Toby has done.
What I love most about Tobys progress is he’s used every aspect of my coaching services from 1-2-1, online with program only , then this year stepping things up to let me have more control over his nutrition.
Also helps that we can have super honest, direct communication which has enabled a really good working relationship over the past 5 years! He has set a high standard for me, of what a PT client should be!

A little wedding shape up for my good friend Alice.
She’s stronger than most guys I know which is great for training, but she can also drink 10 pints on a night out, not so great for getting in the best shape of your life for your wedding!
With that in mind we had to match Alice’s diet strategy to her personality, a little more extreme than most people can handle, with short bouts of intense action to compensate for her busy social life she wasn’t willing to give up.
At the start of the year we did some blood tests which enabled us to deep dive on all things hormones then use health as a driving factor.
A healthy body is a responsive one and a successful transformation starts from the inside out.
There’s only around 7kg difference between the 2 pics but a much healthier person, which is what it’s all about for me!

Are you a long term calorie counter?
Do you enjoy it? Do you feel guilty when you don’t do it?
Do you have a “magic” number in mind that worked for you once but it is now unachievable or just doesn’t seem to work any more?
In my experience, counting calories religiously works for a very small percentage of people, but for the majority there needs to be another method or strategy In place for long lasting results.
