As another season comes to a close, it also marks the end of a chapter for our Head Safeguard, Joanna Farrell.
Jo has been a valued part of the club for a number of years, working tirelessly behind the scenes in a role that often goes unseen. From managing safeguarding matters and handling concerns, to helping co-chair the minis and junior section for several seasons, her contribution has been an important part of keeping the club moving forward.
On behalf of everyone at the club, we’d like to thank Joanna for all of her hard work, commitment, and service over the years. Volunteers like Jo are the backbone of community clubs, and her efforts have been greatly appreciated by players, parents, and members alike.
We wish you all the very best in your retirement from your role at the club, Jo, and remember, don’t be a stranger. You’ll always be welcome back at the club.
