Another brilliant week at MadeForMORE 🤍
And what a weekend to finish it off with… glorious Bank Holiday sunshine has definitely been treating us well ☀️ Before we roll into another week, we’re ready for our infamous THROWDOWN session tomorrow morning to kick things off in true MFM style 💥
This week’s highlights…
🏃 Sunday member run club brought us a very sunny 10k and some serious miles in the legs
👏 Huge shoutout to Becky’s client Aida, who has completely changed her life over the last 18 months and is now an incredible 22kg down 😮
👶 Our first MORE MOTHERS session of the new block kicked off with a brilliant bunch of ladies and babies all on their way to feeling stronger and building confidence back
💪 MORE BODY brought some serious pull-up progress during Endurance week, with members taking on higher rep ranges and smashing it
☀️ Friday team meeting in the sunshine had us talking all things MFM Summer Social… keep your eyes and ears peeled 👀
🔥 Emma has increased her sessions ahead of her first abroad holiday in years and is already seeing the results — body fat down, muscle mass up, and the press-up tekkers are definitely improving
🎉 Happy birthday to Martin who celebrated in true MFM fashion with birthday press-ups 😉
🍷 And finally… we won’t say too much about the only exercise Cath has been getting up to 👉🙈😂
So much more than a gym.

Another brilliant week at MadeForMORE 🤍
From PBs and benchmarks to huge personal milestones, this week has been packed with moments worth celebrating.
We kicked things off with our Sunday member run club — members getting out together, putting the miles in and starting the week strong 🏃♂️
The 2KM row testing definitely brought the laughs… with Jonny still apparently feeling the effects 6 hours later 😂
It was also BODY benchmark week, with members putting themselves to the test with BB Squats and Chin Up challenges 💪
We also wrapped up the final session of our 6-week MORE MOTHERS block, with some incredible mums getting stronger every week 🤍 Next intake begins 20th May!
A massive congratulations to members Kirstie & Phil, who had the most stunning wedding day this weekend 💒🤍
Big shoutout to Lindsay, feeling confident on her first family holiday and still making time for her runs 👏
And an incredible achievement from Lee H, who has now hit an amazing 13kg weight loss under the guidance of Coach Cal 🔥
Huge congratulations as well to Coach Alana on reaching 500 days alcohol free — an incredible milestone 🫶
And finally, Coach Emma’s client Kat proving once again that strength training carries over into everyday life, putting her PT volunteer work to good use and making a full day of wheelbarrow duties look easy 🚜💪
