Recent Triumphs 🏆

After years of fearing longer distances, Sarah faced the challenge head-on and ticked off her first ever 5KM run — proving that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones.
Bringing her Pilates background into the weight room, she approaches every lift with focus and control. The result? An impressive 87.5kg Trap Bar Deadlift and a BB Back Squat that’s looking stronger and more confident every week.
But what makes Sarah truly special is the way she shows up for others. ❤️
She encourages every member in class, brings positivity to every session, and is such a valued part of our community. She’s even working on convincing her mum to join the MadeForMORE family… watch this space! 👀

Half way benchmark check 📈
Over the next few days our members will be testing:

The goal?
Track progress. Improve again. 📈
These benchmarks give us clear data and direction for the following 5 weeks ahead, helping every member build real strength, fitness and confidence through the MadeForMORE Method.
And beyond the benchmarks?
The rest of the programme is designed to deliver full body structure, muscle development, and real capability — helping you move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level inside and outside the gym.

One of my all-time favourite exercises because it’s a true test of pulling strength. Once you’ve got the technique nailed, it’s an exercise you can progressively load over time, making it a great choice for building strength and muscle.

Simple, effective, and guaranteed to humble you. Few exercises create a burn quite like a lateral raise.

The week ahead: Power Week. ⚡️
After building a solid foundation through endurance and hypertrophy, we now move into the next phase of the MadeForMORE Method — Power.
This week the focus shifts to low rep ranges (3–5 reps), lifting heavier with intent and quality on every set.
Why do we do this? Because this is where we apply the muscle and movement we’ve built and turn it into real, measurable strength.
Power training helps us:
• Develop maximal strength
• Improve force production
• Reinforce technique under heavier loads
• Translate all previous work into bigger key lifts
Every phase in our 10-week plan has a purpose — and this is where it all starts to come together. The work from the past weeks now shows up in lifts like the trap bar deadlift and bench press.
Build the base. Add the muscle. Now move the weight. 📈
