Think you’ll all agree our new gym looks amazing 🤩🤩🤩
Next it’s the turn of our High Impact studio for a bit of a glow up and a repaint. Works will be taking place next week between 10th-12th June which means the studio will be out of action during that time.
Some of your classes may be in a different location, a slightly different style to usual or not on for that particular day. But we will still have plenty of classes on our timetable for you to enjoy.
A great time to try a new class, maybe a Cyclone instead of your usual BodyPump on Wednesday morning or an opportunity to try out the new gym? Or try a Total Body Kettlebell class in Delta with Rachel or Debby or Friday Zumba in the sports hall 💃
The High impact studio will reopen again on Saturday 13th, with Ign1te Strike kicking things off at 9.10am.

Can you quite believe it…. Rhythm is turning 7yrs old here at the club 🥳🥳🥳
From its launch back on the 8th June 2019 this class has grown from strength to strength with the incredible Paulina, Lucy, Dean and Rachel rocking it out on the bikes.
Our hair colours may have changed, but the passion for this class still remains as strong as ever.
What better way to celebrate than with some special party themed classes to celebrate our love of Rhythm ❤️
Join the team for some special classes in the coming week and let’s celebrate all things Rhythm together 🚴♀️❤️💃

Our gym transformation is complete ✨
We’re delighted to announce our new state of the art gym is open!
We’ve got some exciting new additions from the smart E-Gym to hack squat, glute drive, extra lifting platforms and plate loaded kit.
Hydrotherapy and Cryotherapy beds with more additions coming later in the year ☺️
