The practical steps that I’ll send you are going to help you remove “busy” and “I don’t have time” from your vocabulary!

In the last 15years, I’ve helped thousands of blokes. In that time, the most common justification as to why they struggled with their health, performance, relationships, work, finances, hobbies or ability to decompress… was a lack of time.

They weren’t lying… because they genuinely believed it.

But they were wrong.

Being “busy” is a commendable and relatable narrative that you can share with others comfortably.

“I don’t have time” sounds logical and reasonable.

But there’s a lot more going on.
